Kay Heating and Air Conditioning offers Planned Maintenance Agreements for your gas furnace, air conditioning, heat pump, humidifier, electronic air cleaner, zone control system.

Kay Heating and Air Conditioning offers a "Planned Maintenance Agreement" for our residential and some small business customers. The agreement covers twelve months and provides you with two comprehensive clean and check visits. These visits are normally scheduled for the spring and fall, to allow us to get your system operating at maximum efficiency before the peak season arrives. Also included are priority dispatching in case of an additional service call, 15% off parts and labor on any repairs and no higher overtime rates for nights, weekends or holidays.

Kay Heating and Air Conditioning also offer service agreements for our larger commercial customers. These agreements also cover 12 months but are likely to have more visits included due to the harsher conditions commercial systems tend to operate under. These visits can be scheduled on a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual basis custom fitted to meet your needs. Many commercial customers also have us change their filters on a regularly scheduled program. Commercial customers also get the benefits of priority dispatching in case of an additional service call, 15% off parts and labor on any repairs and no higher overtime rates for nights, weekends or holidays.
