Kay Heating and Air Conditioning continues to grow as one of the Triad’s oldest
family heating and air conditioning contractors. 

In 1972 Mr. R. T. Kay contracted from a local Heating and Air Conditioning some 300 customer accounts on a full time bases to do service work.  In 1985 Randy Kay and Robert Hamlett expanded the business to a building on English Street.  They continued there until December 1994 when they moved to a building on Huffman Street. In July 2003 they purchased the present location at 809 Post Street.  This state of the art building has 15,000 sq. feet with a complete sheet metal fabrication shop

We have a simple policy at Kay Heating and Air Conditioning.  We TAKE CARE OF OUR
CUSTOMERS. 

All of our installation of new equipment comes with at least a one year parts and labor warranty. Extended warranties, manufacturer's warranties, inspections and service contacts are also available.  Any service repairs we make are guaranteed for 30 day on labor, one year on all parts replaced.
